Subject and PGT course pages design sprints

The digital communications team is running two design sprints to help us redesign the University’s subject pages and taught postgraduate course pages.

During these design sprints, we will provide some baseline data about how the pages are currently performing and what the end-user requirements are. Then, participants will work collaboratively to come up with potential design solutions. Based on your designs, we will create new prototype pages.

  • Subject pages design sprint on Wednesday 28 November from 9.30am to 2pm. Includes a free pizza lunch. Student participants will have the chance to win a £100 Amazon gift voucher from a random draw.
  • Postgraduate course pages design sprint on Wednesday 5 December from 10am to 2.30pm. Student participants will be given £20 Amazon gift vouchers for attending.

We need your help! We are trying to recruit students and staff to participate in each design sprint, and ideally, we will have different attendees at each event. Please pass along this information to anyone who may be interested in participating (both staff and students) in your School or department. If you are interested in participating yourself, please email us at [email protected].

Depending on how much interest the design sprints have, we may need to add volunteers to a waiting list.
